COVID-19 Extended Cleaning Protocols
we use for you and your pet’s safety

We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our salon along with having high safety standards. A few things that we do to keep you and your pet(s) healthy.

  • We use a specific hospital grade cleaner/disinfectant for all of our hard surfaces and equipment.
  • Each of our grooming stations are equipped with UV-C lights for sanitizing ALL of our equipment.
  • We also have ultrasonic cleaners for our blades and other items that can hold tiny particles.
  • We also have large UV-C room sanitizing lights that run after hours to sanitize the entire shop.
  • We have a hand sanitizing station for your convenience.
  • We recently installed a new poop station located outside next to our parking area.
  • We also installed a new handicapped ramp for pets and pet parents.
  • We vacuum and clean all day long; this however does not mean it will always be hair free when you are here since we are still working.
  • If we need to assist you, or help out a fellow groomer, or even just answer the phone we ask that you be patient since if we are working on a pet, we have to make sure that the pet is safe and secure before we walk away from them. This may mean simply lowering a table or securing the pet in a kennel stall.
  • When we have a case of a pet with questionable skin issues, we have an extended cleaning procedure, to include bagging up towels and clothing to be cleaned separately from other towels, etc. We also take time to document with photos of any issues we find so that we may be able to send them to you or your veterinarian for further evaluation.
  • All of our towels are washed in Tide free and clear along with Lysol laundry sanitizing solution so no dyes or fragrances are used.
  • We ask that if your pet is being treated for skin issues or other health issues, that you please let us know at the time you make your appointment.
