Policies & Procedures

Appointments:

  • All grooming is done by appointment only
  • Most pets are completed in a 2-hour time period
  • Since appointments are done on a one-to-one basis, please arrive for drop off on time
  • 24-hour notice for all cancellations ($15 min / $30 max)

Rescheduling:

  • For everyone’s safety, we may have to reschedule if your pet has or recently has had any of the following:
    • Diarrhea
    • Cough
    • Severe Skin Issues
    • Vomiting

Vaccines:

  • Your pet vaccines must be up-to-date including the following:
    • Dogs:
      • Rabies
      • Distemper
      • Kennel Cough (recommended)
    • Cats:
      • Rabies
      • Distemper
      • Must be felv FIV negative

Pickup Service:

  • Currently, pickup services only provide for elderly/disabled clients who cannot drive
  • We are researching future opportunities with pickup and drop off services

Collars & Leashes:

  • All pets must be on a leash and have a safe & proper fitting collar
  • Cats must be in a carrier

Payment:

  • Cash or check, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX
  • $25 for any returned checks
  • Payment in full is expected at times of service unless otherwise arranged ahead of time
